Konstam does not try to make over generalizations about the people whom she has interviewed, but you can get a nice snapshot of impressions from this book. I think that this would be good reading for those teaching in higher education, graduate students who want to see a little of themselves represented in research literature, and for those interested in a more academic and clinical look at this age group.

Dana Peterman comments: This is based on a 2004 conference. Take a look at chapter 6, On the Learning of Intuition by Robin M. Hogarth, chapter 12, From Intuition to Analysis: Making Decisions with Your Head, Your Heart, or by the Book by Weber and Lindemann, and chapter 15, The Benefits of Intuition by Plessner and Czenna among others. Some of these concepts are quite intriguing and I find myself wondering what educators could make of them.
